Disgraced glam rocker Gary Glitter returned to Bangkok on Thursday after Hong Kong barred him from entering following his release from three years’ prison in Vietnam for child sex abuse.

Thai immigration police detained the 64-year-old after his Thai Airways flight landed at Bangkok’s international airport.

Glitter, whose real name is Paul Gadd, was booted out of Vietnam on Tuesday at the end of his sentence but feigned ear and heart problems in Bangkok to miss a connecting flight to London, apparently fearful of a hostile reception.

He was allowed to board a Thai Airways flight to Hong Kong late on Wednesday even though immigration police said he would be deported to London “as soon as possible.”

Hong Kong authorities refused to let him and put back on a Thai Airways flight to Bangkok, where he has been declared persona non grata.

A spokeswoman for Thai Airways said officials were trying to “convince” Glitter to get on the next flight to London.It is unclear whether the police or airline are willing to use force to get him on to the plane.

Maybe they can lure him on the plane with some kids….

The Office cast member Craig Robinson pleaded guilty in Los Angeles to one felony count of possessing a controlled substance, that’s ummm… Ecstasy, stemming from his arrest earlier this summer.The actor, who plays warehouse worker Darryl in the NBC hit, originally faced the additional charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving under the influence, but Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz dismissed the latter two charges.
Los Angeles District Attorney spokeswoman confirmed that Robinson qualified for a deferred entry of judgment with his plea, meaning his felony charge will be dismissed should he successfully complete 18 months of a drug-diversion program, consisting of drug counseling and rehab.
If not, he could face a minimum of 16 months in state prison.
The 36-year-old actor was busted on June 29 after getting pulled over for a simple traffic violation. Officers discovered drug paraphernalia in his vehicle and determined he was driving under the influence.
